Dunav Resources Ltd.
Dunav Resources Ltd. is a Canadian-based company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in the Republic of Serbia. On October 2, 2014, as a result of a business combination with Avala Resources Ltd. (TSXV: AVZ), Dunav became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Avala.
Letters of transmittal were mailed to Dunav shareholders and warrantholders providing instructions on how to exchange their Dunav share or warrant certificates for Avala certificates. Additional information is set out in the management information circular of Dunav dated August 20, 2014
